What a credit buys
Render credits pay for every image, PDF page and second of video; AI features use a separate AI credit allowance. Paid plans refill both every month.

- Free when it repeats the same idempotency key; any other request is charged.

- The AI Design Agent, voiceovers and AI video clips use AI credits, a separate allowance on every plan.
Pricing questions
Billing, credits and plan changes. Anything else, the documentation covers every endpoint and limit.
One image, one PDF page, or one second of video. A four-page PDF is four credits and a 15-second video is 15. Every render request is charged; a retry sent with the same idempotency key returns the first result and costs nothing.
A separate allowance for AI features: the AI Design Agent in the studio, AI voiceovers and AI video clips. A typical AI Design Agent turn uses about 10 to 12 AI credits. Render credits and AI credits never mix.
No. Paid plans refill render and AI credits at the start of each billing month, and unused credits from the previous month do not carry over. The Free plan’s credits are one-time and do not refill.
An annual plan costs ten times the monthly price, so two months are free. You pay once a year and your credits still refill every month, on the same day of the month you subscribed.
New renders are refused with a clear INSUFFICIENT_CREDITS error until your credits refill or you upgrade. Nothing is charged automatically, so you never get a surprise bill.
Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and a downgrade is blocked up front if your current seats or workspaces would not fit the smaller plan.
Paid plans include connected social accounts across ten platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Discord and Bluesky. Extra accounts are $5 a month each ($50 a year on annual plans). Posts to X have a fair-use limit per billing period, shown in the table above.
